1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of this site and any purchase you make from PMW (Paint Match World), a sole proprietorship based in Florida. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our products
We sell stainless steel license plate frames sprayed to a BMW OEM paint code. Each frame is made to order for the color you select. Color previews on the site may be AI-generated or shown on a screen and can differ from the physical finish; the frame is matched to the OEM paint code, not to the on-screen preview.
3. Orders & pricing
Prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel any order placed on incorrect information, even after it is submitted. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown at checkout, which is processed by Shopify. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud or abuse.
4. Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. We aim to ship most orders within about one week, though timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier-confirmed address.
5. Returns & refunds
Because each frame is custom-painted to your selected color, frames are made to order and are final sale. If your frame arrives defective, damaged, or in the wrong color, contact us within 30 days of delivery at privacy@paintmatchworld.com and we will repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion.
6. Discount & affiliate codes
Discount codes have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and apply only to eligible orders. We may modify, suspend, or end the affiliate program and any code at any time. Codes obtained through fraud or abuse may be voided.
7. BMW trademark disclaimer
BMW® is a registered trademark of BMW AG. PMW (Paint Match World) is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or sponsored by BMW AG or any of its subsidiaries. BMW paint codes and color names are referenced solely for descriptive compatibility purposes under nominative fair use. No affiliation with BMW is implied or should be inferred.
8. Intellectual property
All site content, design, text, and assets are the property of PMW or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and products are provided on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. PMW is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
