1. Pre-launch context
PMW (Paint Match Works) is currently in a pre-launch phase. No products are available for purchase on this site. Submitting a vote or contact request does not constitute a purchase, reservation, or binding commitment by either party.
2. Voluntary submission
By submitting your contact information via the vote or color-request forms, you voluntarily consent to receive notifications from PMW about product launch updates. You may withdraw this consent at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any message we send.
3. Vote results
Vote tallies are for informational and planning purposes only. PMW does not guarantee that any color will be produced, launched, or shipped. Vote standings may be adjusted, hidden, or reset at PMW's discretion. Voting does not create any legal right to a product.
4. Brand Partners
Expressing interest in the Brand Partner program via this site does not create a contract or guarantee of compensation. Compensation terms, eligibility, and selection criteria are determined solely by PMW and communicated individually upon review. PMW may accept, reject, or discontinue any Brand Partner relationship at its discretion.
5. BMW trademark disclaimer
BMW® is a registered trademark of BMW AG. PMW (Paint Match Works) is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or sponsored by BMW AG or any of its subsidiaries. BMW paint codes and color names are referenced solely for descriptive compatibility purposes under nominative fair use. No affiliation with BMW is implied or should be inferred.
6. Intellectual property
All site content, design, text, and assets are the property of PMW or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PMW is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.
8. Governing law
